Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. BUYER is responsible for shipping back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned to us that is not in the above condition, the customer will be required to pay for return shipping back to them. 

Order Cancellations:

Once your order is placed, it is packaged within 1 hour, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations to placed orders for any reason. 

Pre-Orders:

Turn around time for preorders will be listed on the description of each item and cannot be canceled. Shipping of preorders upon arrival at our facility will happen with 3 buisness days of arrival. 

ALL RETURNED ITEMS/ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 RESTOCKING FEE.
